Physical Education (PE) Specialist Teacher (Permanent)

Includes Priority Teacher Supply Allowance (PTSA) 

We are looking for an experienced teacher who is passionate about student Hauora/Wellbeing, with a focus on Taha Tinana / Physical Wellbeing.  The role offers an exciting opportunity to promote students' love for Physical Activity. The position is to teach the PE curriculum to specific classes each week while their teacher is released for other duties, to train some of our sports teams and to support our coaches with administrative tasks related to events outside of our school.

This is an exciting position for a passionate educator who is keen to keep learning, teaching and growing in a collaborative team environment. Strong relationships, high-quality communication, a love of the profession, a sense of humour and a positive outlook on life are essential.  Fluency in te reo Māori or a Pacific language is an advantage.
