Kaiāwhina / Learning Assistant 

E ngā mana, e ngā reo, e ngā karangatanga maha, tēnā koutou katoa.

Fluency in te reo Māori is essential. We have a position for a Kaiāwhina / Learning Assistant to join our Māori Bilingual Unit, Te Poho o Rāwhiti.  We are looking for a Kaiāwhina who will be able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with kaimahi, tamariki and whānau.  Experience working with tamariki would be an advantage.  Please state your specific strengths and experiences in your application.  Salary is negotiable based on experience. This position will start as soon as possible and continue until the end of the school year.
