Scale A Maths Teacher (ASAP until the end of Term 4 2025)

Full-time, Fixed Term

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team.  Essential qualities include strong communication, a love for teaching, a sense of humor and a positive outlook.

This is a full-time, fixed-term teaching position until the end of the year, covering a teacher on leave. The role involves:

• Block 1: Small group or one-on-one in-class tuition (any year level).

• Block 2: Teaching one Year 7 & 8 class Maths.

• Block 3: Negotiable, based on student needs and teacher release requirements.

Experience with DMIC (Developing Mathematical Inquiry Communities) pedagogy and using Mathletics/Mathseeds could be an advantage. Our school is very well resourced and classes are supported by Learning Assistants.
