Nine Board hui/meetings are planned for in 2025. They start at 4:30pm and usually finish at 6:30pm. They held in the Whānau Centre (use the Ferguson Street entrance).
Everyone is welcome to these hui to watch, listen and take notes. However the Board will need to grant 'speaking rights' for any manuhiri who would like to take part. This can be done in advance by emailing Mohammed, our Presiding Member (mohammeda@meps.school.nz).

The last Board election was in September 2022.
Whānau / community members are encouraged to stand for the Board. There are 5 parent representative positions and lots of support is available.
