Nine Board hui/meetings are planned for in 2026.  They start at 3:30pm and usually finish at 5:30pm. They are held in the Whānau Centre (use the Ferguson Street entrance).

Everyone is welcome to these hui to watch, listen and take notes. However the Board will need to grant 'speaking rights' for any manuhiri who would like to take part. This can be done in advance by emailing Salainaoloa Wilson-Uili, our Presiding Member (salainaoloaw@meps.school.nz).

2. Wednesday 25th March 7. Wednesday 28th October         

3. Wednesday 27th May 8. Wednesday 25th November

4. Wednesday 24th June 9. Monday 7th December

5. Wednesday 26th August
