SUPPORT TEAM LEADER ( 1 MU ) - NO VACANCY

We are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher who is ready to take on a more formal leadership role, supporting their Team Leader to achieve the school's strategic priorities and contributing to our collaborative leadership team. This person should be able to teach across Y1-8, but will start at New Entrants. These are the things that we are looking for in a Support Team Leader:
exemplary classroom practice (planning, delivery and assessment)
strong formative assessment practices, including promoting learner agency
ability to form strong relationships with students, staff and whānau
has high-quality communication - oral, written and problem-solving
is positive and solution-focused
motivated to continually develop themselves professionally
willing to mentor and coach teacher learning and development
has a comprehensive knowledge of the NZC and learning progressions
fluency in te reo Māori or a Pacific language an advantage.
